A VDOT STARS study is currently underway along U.S. Route 23 in Norton, Wise, and Wise County. VDOT is asking the public for input via a survey (https://www.publicinput.com/us23study); additional information can be found on the study project page (https://www.virginiadot.org/projects/bristol/u.s._route_23_corridor_study_wise_county.asp). This survey will remain open until June 7th and contains questions related to existing conditions including safety, congestion, and mobility.
