Under Virginia Code 58.1-3912(F), taxpayers may choose to receive their tax bills electronically rather than through traditional U.S. Mail. E-statements carry the same full authority as a printed tax bill, while offering faster delivery and reducing paper usage. Going paperless also helps save the County money on postage and administrative costs, which benefits the entire community.
