Wise County Board of Supervisors met in a Special Called
Meeting on Thursday, March 1, 2001, at 4:00 p.m. in the
Board of Supervisors meeting room located in the Wise County
courthouse for the purpose of discussing a prospective candidate
for the position of County Administrator.

SESSION

motion was made by Bob Adkins, seconded by Jeff Salyers,
to go into closed session to discuss a prospective candidate
for the position of County Administrator as permitted by
section 2.1-344A.1 of the Code of Virginia.
The motion was unanimously approved.
After
a brief closed session, a motion was made by Bob Adkins,
seconded by Jeff Salyers, to reconvene the regular meeting.
The motion was unanimously approved.

/ CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION
A
motion was made by Donnie Dowell, seconded by Jeff Salyers,
to approve the resolution certifying matters discussed while
in closed session.
The motion was unanimously approved by roll call
vote.
